Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of applications and providing technical support as needed. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. - Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. - Implement and configure CRM modules and components. - Perform unit testing and debugging of applications. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CRM applications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with CRM customization and configuration. - Strong understanding of CRM concepts and architecture. - Experience in developing plugins, workflows, and customizations in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. - Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs. - Familiarity with CRM integration with other systems. - Ability to analyze and translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
