Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to ensure seamless operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Proactively identify and resolve technical issues within critical business systems. - Collaborate with team members to discuss and address system challenges. - Develop innovative solutions to enhance system performance. - Provide technical support and guidance to end-users. - Document processes and procedures for future reference. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM WebSphere MQ & Message Broker Administration. - Strong understanding of system troubleshooting and problem-solving. - Experience in system monitoring and performance optimization. - Knowledge of scripting languages for automation. - Hands-on experience in system configuration and maintenance. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in IBM WebSphere MQ & Message Broker Administration. - This position is based at our Nagpur office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
