Job Description:

The Analyst is responsible for supporting strategic departmental goals that add value to the organization.  This analyst will play a crucial role in the sales lifecycle, specifically ensuring a timely an accurate contract and allocation set up. This analyst will perform duties related to day-to-day sales, business development and account management.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages web portal and third-party software setups. 
  • Ensure customer contracts are entered timely and accurately. 
  • Ensure all contracts and deals are lifted in accordance with agreements
  • Possesses superior telephone, communication, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively and positively with people at all levels, both internally and externally
  • Acts as the intermediary between groups to ensure all information is accounted for in one central location
  • Supports sales with new business development and account management
  • Coordinates industry and trade specific sales generation efforts
  • Assists in the development and maintenance of department wide plans, goals, and deadlines
  • Cultivates current customer relationships

Qualifications:

Work Experience/ Education:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree with a focus on business, finance, or logistics, related field preferred 
  • 0-3 years professional experience, finance, logistics, business administration preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with logistics software
