About the Role
Responsible for cultivating agile ways of working in AIAAgile Delivery Partner Role
Drive the adoption and implementation of Agile frameworks and practices (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, LeSS, Flight Levels) across business initiatives and software delivery to maximize operational efficiency.
Develop and execute strategies to foster engagement, trust, and collaboration within cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Drive/support project execution by aligning Agile delivery with business objectives, ensuring predictability, and leveraging AI-driven forecasting for scope, capacity, and risk management.
Ensure transparency of progress and outcomes, proactively escalate impediments to relevant stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven insights, AI-powered analytics, and feedback loops.
Advocate and guide the responsible use of AI tools and practices to enhance team productivity, decision-making, and delivery predictability.
Mentor and coach Agile champions to build sustainable Agile capabilities across the organization.
Design and deliver tailored training sessions and workshops to elevate Agile maturity at all levels.
Facilitate key ceremonies and collaboration events, including PI planning, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.

Ensure scope and deliverables of project are defined, agreed and meet the sponsor’s expectations
Work closely with wider business change case team and with subject matter experts to understand business requirements and to ensure these are translated into project scope and plan
Provide input into business case development by ensuring that all associated costs, risks and plans are incorporated
Managing people (where applicable)
Manage and motivate staff, conducting or contributing to agreed performance management processes, ensuring that staff are suitably equipped to meet both company targets and personal development needs
Responsible for other relating tasks as assigned to align with business policy and build long term business growth.
