CL8 (Associate Manager) Job Description – GLN GSL Technology counsel

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Legal Support for the Technology business team in conducting assessments of new service and product offerings and preparing those offerings for market.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Legal and business to identify legal and regulatory risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Enable Accenture’s Sales & Delivery Legal team to efficiently manage day-to-day contracting, including developing contracting templates, guidance and providing subject matter expert (SME) support to deal teams.
• Supporting Accenture’s Ventures & Acquisitions Legal team and business leadership in the evaluation of prospective acquisition targets related to the Technology practice and development and implementation of post-merger integration strategy.

Knowledge Skills and Experience

• Minimum 6 years relevant experience in a corporate or law firm setting, ideally advising on technology product development or transactions.
• Experience analyzing complex facts and situations to provide risk analysis and mitigation strategies.
• Understanding or willingness to learn applicable regulatory landscapes as required for the offerings/solutions, including with respect to technology (e.g. cloud & edge computing, telecommunications/network services, cybersecurity, data, AI)
• Track record of developing trusted relationships with business leaders.
• Experience evaluating new product and service offerings, consideration of innovative commercial models and deal shaping.
• Project Management knowledge/skills desired
