We’re looking for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and excited to support our internal sales teams in Austria and Switzerland by monitoring performance, managing opportunities in Salesforce, and helping drive business growth.

What You’ll Do:

You’ll work closely with our sales teams in Austria and Switzerland. You’ll help track performance, support smaller offers, and manage sales opportunities in Salesforce (training provided). This is a mix of back-office and analytical work — no external customer contact, but daily collaboration with internal sellers.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Monitoring seller performance and pipeline
• Creating and managing sales opportunities in Salesforce
• Supporting sellers with smaller offers and open opportunities
• Providing internal support and insights to help drive sales success

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent German for internal communication with Austrian/Swiss sellers
• Good working knowledge of English (B2 level)
• Experience in sales support is a plus, but a positive attitude matters most
• Good analytical skills
• Organized, proactive, and eager to learn

The gross monthly salary for this position starts from € 1,400, plus a monthly bonus (starting after your first 6 months). Please note this is a minimum salary and our compensation packages are likely to be higher based on your professional experience and qualifications.
