The Opportunity

Allegro MicroSystems is seeking a dynamic and experienced [Job Title] to drive demand creation and business growth within a portfolio of designated key accounts in the [Specify Region, e.g., local] market. This role is critical in developing and executing strategic account plans, fostering strong customer relationships at all levels, and coordinating global account activities to ensure alignment and maximize opportunities across Allegro's diverse product portfolio. You will be a key liaison between our customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless support and identifying emerging application areas.

What You Will Do

  • Lead local demand creation and business development initiatives within assigned key accounts.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive key account strategies focused on achieving significant business growth across all relevant Allegro product portfolios and business segments within those accounts.

  • Coordinate global strategic account activities, including strategy development and deployment, alignment of commercial terms, identification and pursuit of project opportunities, and building/maintaining top-down customer relationships across all relevant regions.

  • Cultivate and maintain robust, multi-level relationships with key customer stakeholders, from executive leadership to working-level teams.

  • Collaborate closely with Allegro Headquarters (HQ) and Business Units (BUs) to align on account development strategies and secure necessary internal support and resources.

  • Partner with HQ/BUs to effectively deploy product strategies and roadmaps tailored to the needs of designated accounts.

  • Serve as a primary point of contact, coordinating with internal functional teams (e.g., Engineering, Operations, Quality) to support customer operations, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Proactively explore and identify emerging application areas and potential new strategic accounts within the target market.

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Automation, or a related technical field with a strong foundation in basic engineering principles.

  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in customer-facing roles within the semiconductor industry, specifically serving the Automotive and Industrial markets. Relevant experience includes roles in Sales, Business Development, Field Applications Engineering (FAE), or Marketing Development.

  • Experience with Sensor and Power semiconductor products is highly preferred.

  • Demonstrated strong interest and understanding of the semiconductor industry, including product and system-level knowledge relevant to automotive and industrial applications.

  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.

  • Established network or existing relationships with key stakeholders within automotive and industrial customer organizations is a plus.
