Our team manages a portfolio of digital products supporting the Investor Relations community in their core IR workflows and enabling the efforts of our internal advisory business. Together we enable over 2K Global Corporates to manage their engagement with the investment community.
 

The Impact:
The Product Owners within S&P Global Market Intelligence Investor Relations program work as part of an Agile program. Your responsibility is to understand the challenges of our users and working alongside our UX team, directly with users, SMEs & Product Managers define and design key features for both internal and external end users. Your role is also to educate & guide your scrum team through the development cycle onto delivery of value to the customer.

Responsibilities: 
•    Develop the vision of a product that represents end-user interests, acting as the voice of the user.
•    Help the team to remove blockers, answer questions about stories and leverage your internal relationships and network to progress feature development.
•    Build user story maps, write user stories, manage backlog, refinement & prioritization, and support acceptance test-driven development with the team.
•    Be an active contributor in agile ceremonies.
•    Produce and maintain high-quality release and ongoing training materials.
•    Lead demonstrations to the team, program & clients.

What We’re Looking For: 
•    At least 2 years of agile digital product development experience, or 2 years of relevant Investor Relations consulting experience
•    Strong execution and product delivery skills working to defined deadlines
•    Ability to break down technical issues into easily digestible data points for stakeholder consumption
•    Excellent English written and verbal communication skills and experience interacting with stakeholders, both internal and external
•    Mindset that encourages collaboration, self-organization, accountability, and a drive to deliver high-quality products
•    Values collaborative teamwork to define, design, develop and deliver high-impact product, project, or process initiatives
•    Ability to collaborate and influence in cross-functional teams
•    Curiosity
