The TradeAP Invoicing Specialist is responsible for managing and processing invoices within the TradeAP department, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

This role involves close collaboration with business owners, suppliers, and procurement team, utilizing Coupa, NetSuite and AI invoice extraction tool to streamline invoicing operations and support efficient financial management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1.    Process Invoices: Manage and process trade-related invoices accurately using Coupa, NetSuite and AI invoice extraction tool.
2.    Invoice Verification: Verify invoice details for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and contractual terms.
3.    Issue Resolution: Resolve invoice discrepancies by liaising with business owners, suppliers, and the procurement team.
4.    Data Entry: Enter and update invoice data in the accounting system to maintain accurate financial records.
5.    Reporting: Generate and review regular reports on invoice status, discrepancies, and processing times.
6.    System Integration: Ensure seamless integration and data consistency between Coupa, NetSuite and AI invoice extraction tool.
7.    Compliance Adherence: Adhere to and enforce compliance with internal controls and financial regulations.
8.    Support Audits: Assist in preparing documentation and reports for internal and external audits.
9.    Continuous Improvement: Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the invoicing function.
