Job Description Qualifications:

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Procurement Analyst based out of Hazelwood, MO.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Works with the leadership team of Supply Chain to define and execute team operating rhythm, and prepare for key meetings and visits with senior customers and stakeholders.
  • Ensures objectives are met by scheduling, de-conflicting, and prioritizing key tasks and proactively communicating leadership direction, guidance, and expectations for internal and external audiences
  • Reviews and evaluates strategic organizational focus and priorities, identifies and recommends optimization opportunities, and assists in their implementation
  • Analyzes and summarizes data used in the development and proposal of organizational direction (e.g., performance measurement, budget information, workforce levels, training requirements and equipment/facility needs).
  • Develops and consolidates executive level briefings
  • Provide integration support for the BGS-G International portfolio to include representing Supply Chain at various  meetings for our non-US BGS-G divisions, analyzing and assembling metrics package and BPR inputs, manage action items, manage supply chain specific roadmaps for BJKK (Japan) and BIDPL (India)
  • Responsible for leading and coordinating staff actions with Senior Leadership
  • Forges relationships with counterparts across BGS and other Boeing Business Units to remove obstacles and solve problems
  • Completing special projects and ad hoc tasks, as assigned
  • Excellent use and knowledge of Microsoft Office Products

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.  This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.  

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Experience in the following areas: Adaptability, Analytical Skills, Business Acumen, Communication, Decision Making, Initiative, Leadership, and Teamwork
  • 3+ Years of experience in Procurement.
  • Strong organizational skills including and deep understanding of project management concepts for planning, monitoring, and reporting assessment findings
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Skills

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Project management experience
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
  • Familiarity with supply chain, product support, or PBL (performance based logistics) programs

Typical Education/Experience: 
High school diploma or GED and typically 3 or more years' related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. (Hourly)

Summary pay range: Level 3: $76,500 – $103,500

Level 4: $93,500 - $126,500
