General Area of Responsibility:

  • Regular updating of the Plan Maintenance System (PMS) - Sertica
  • Support technical and administrative tasks
  • Perform technical analytics
  • Overseeing monthly vessel reporting

Required/Preferred Education 

  • Candidates should have a Bachelor's or Master's program in Marine Engineering (3rd year or higher preferred), with a specialization or coursework in one or more of the following areas:
  • Marine Engineering
  • Ship Power Plants and Systems
  • Ship Maintenance and Repair

Preferred Qualities

  • Maritime Mechanical Systems

Technical Skills

  • Basic understanding of ship maintenance
  • Familiarity with technical documentation and administrative work
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Monitoring and following up on technical orders

Language

  • Intermediate English skills (spoken and written)

Detail-Oriented

  • Able to spot inconsistencies in technical data and perform data corrections in the Planned Maintenance System.

Organized and Efficient

  • Able to manage multiple small tasks and stay on top of follow-ups

Quick Learner

  • Willing to understand internal systems and workflows quickly

Team-Oriented

  • Comfortable collaborating with the technical team and learning from seniors

Analytical Thinking

  • Able to compare technical data and identify discrepancies or value differences

Confidential and Professional

  • Will be handling internal documentation and makers' information.
