Job Description Qualifications:

We are seeking a Senior Business Support Staff Analyst to support Lean Strategy and Integration at Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) at one of the following locations: Titusville, FL or New Orleans, LA

In this role, you will work closely with Program Management, Finance, and IT to develop, connect, and capture value through Lean principles.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Connecting Lean strategy to execution and results.

  • Deploying Lean strategies across all facets/functions of the business.

  • Developing a systematic approach to capture and replicate best practices.

  • Operationalizing data analytics into Lean practice and priorities.

  • Creating a robust communication strategy.

  • Overseeing high-level meetings regarding complex operational subjects and initiatives.

  • Works under minimal direction.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

  • Willing and able to travel 50-75% of the time

  • Experience leading or implementing strategic initiatives

  • 3+ years of experience using Lean Principles

  • 3+ years of experience leading and managing the development and integration of business plans, strategies, and processes to meet business goals

  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

Typical Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Travel:

Position may require travel up to 50-75% of the time.

Shift:

This position is for 1st shift.

Summary pay range: $100,300 – $135,700
