JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Master Data Coordinator (40%)

- Responsible for SAP Material Master Data maintenance, integrity and governance for all MM views for Raw Materials, Semi- Finished Goods and Finished Goods.

- Responsible for Material Data integrity of SAP Bill of Materials, Resources, Recipes and Production Version for all Semi-Finished Goods, Finished Goods and Services.

- Assist and support users with regular Master Data maintenance and upload to ensure data integrity.

- Assist with creation and update of documentation and procedures guidelines for ERP systems users.

- Creation and maintenance of material master’s for finished products, intermediates, raw material, packaging materials, and service materials according to established Procedures.

- Initiates and follows up the data collection process by ensuring that the required information for material master set-up is provided in a timely manner to ensure system readiness for product launch dates.

- Creation and maintenance of customer and vendor master data for global and local organizations according to established procedures.

- Manages the master data tasks.

- Supports the writing, review, and verification of standard procedures for the operation process under the scope of the Master Data Team.

- Ensure the users are performing their activities according to the agreed procedures.

- User training organization and follow up including writing Global and local Supply Chain related operating procedures (manuals).

- Supports the master data creation activities in relation to project activities.

- Generate and publish all team related KPI’s.

- Do daily health check in SAP to sort out the pending POs, obsolete items, PVs no more in use, blocked invoices.

- Run reports in SAP to cross check the accuracy of data (Ex: MRA, MSA, Stock cover day)

Follow & perform in daily operation. (40%)

- Co-ordinate with related Departments to ensure all new item, BOM, PV, STD Losses are created and updated properly and on time in system to be ready for production.

- Work and follow up with suppliers to ensure smooth material supply according to the plan

- Update and send the report on the daily and weekly basis to related departments.

- Co-ordinate with suppliers and internal departments e.g. with Production, QA, QC, TS

- Monitor and report the weekly and monthly suppliers' evaluation, take actions if needed.

- Have meeting with related departments to review/update status and discuss about plan, actions needed;

Lead projects or improvement initiatives. (20%)

- Identifies areas of opportunity within the master data processes which need improvement to meet changing company needs and incorporates technological cost-effective improvements that will increase efficiency of operation.

- Analyze and solve master data problems and provide support for efficient daily operation of the master data processing system.

- Support the implementation of global Data Governance Model, Processes & Policy with the design, build, and test of new SAP Master Data Management/Governance Structure.

- Analyze the Supply Chain processes and propose improvements aimed at improving the overall efficiency.

- Supervise and optimize the EPD Divisional Supply Chain/Procurement Data processes.
