The PSaaS Administrative Support Specialist is responsible for supporting the onboarding and training experience of new agent cohorts within the PSaaS program. This role ensures smooth class operations, technology readiness, accurate documentation, attendance and reporting management, and strong communication flow across training and operational teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
Coordinate training class logistics including MS Teams setup, welcome communication, and trainee roster tracking.
Post and manage daily sign-in links, monitor completion, and follow up with trainees who have not checked in.
Assign and distribute login credentials for carrier appointment onboarding.
Track, manage, and report trainee attendance in Teams and other systems.
Maintain documentation such as class agendas, notices, warnings, and operational support materials.
Support trainers during live training sessions (tech troubleshooting, managing questions, directing trainees, and facilitating class flow).
Oversee laptop deployment and technology needs for new training classes.
Conduct simulation activities and maintain organized storage of recordings and documents.
Prepare and distribute communications between Training and other departments to support alignment and workflow.
Manage and update trainee hours within R2 / Paycom systems.
Organize, file, and archive all recorded training materials and class documentation.
Execute and manage Kahoot and other knowledge-check tools.
Capture trainee questions and update FAQ resources (Bloomfire and internal docs).
Track and submit trainee incentive rewards (e.g., Amazon gift cards).
Support trainers with sales process reviews, QA scoring, and calibration needs based on volume.
Perform other tasks and administrative duties assigned by training leadership.
Strong organization, time management, and prioritization skills

Intermediate to advanced technical proficiency (MS Teams, SharePoint, Excel, R2, Paycom, etc.)
