This role is based at our headquarters in Reston, VA where you will be working alongside our amazing Talent Acquisition and People & Culture Team.

What you need to succeed:

  • 5 years of full life cycle recruiting experience within the government contracting space; at least 3 years of recent experience recruiting for Top Secret (TS) security clearance or above  
  • Experience filling high-demand, technical positions in highly technical skillsets  (Data Science, AI/ML, DevSecOps, Cloud, .Net, Java,Technical Program/Project Managers, and cybersecurity)
  • Savvy sourcing strategies and creative methods (e.g. Google and Boolean searches) and utilizing tools such as ClearedJobs.net, Clearance Jobs.com, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other social media platforms to identify potential talent  
  • Curiosity - you are not limited by what you did before to be successful - you are always looking to a new methodology, process, tool to be creatively successful  
  • Thrive working collaboratively with a team of high-performing professionals to understand business needs and share candidates  

As a Sr. Technical Recruiter you will

  • Execute full life cycle cleared recruiting responsibilities (need identification, sourcing key positions, screening, interviewing, negotiating, extending offers and completing hand-off for on-boarding)  
  • Collaborate with multiple hiring managers and stakeholders to draft compelling job postings  
  • Create and execute creative sourcing strategies using various job boards, tools, and social platforms  
  • Use metrics to enhance performance and create continuous value
