Your tasks:
- Support in the planning, management, and implementation of classical & agile /scrum projects using Jira
- Management and maintenance of a project status overview & status report (MS office)
- Assist in Stakeholder management, and creation of risk analysis
- Collaboration with the team to capture and validate resources and work package status.
- Accompaniment of the entire project process and support in the drafting of detailed project documentation
- Support in process modelling if required within project phase
- Support of the project team with organizational and administrative tasks within projects in the area of Resource management and as support for other topics within the department
Your profile:
- Currently enrolled students in a bachelor's/diploma/master's/ degree program in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Initial hands-on experience with Project Management Office (PMO)
- Initial Skills in project management - classical approach as well as agile / scrum approach
- Basic knowledge of supply chain processes and optimization techniques
- Knowledge in MS office and Jira
- Interest in digital transformation and operational excellence
- Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills in English and German (both written and verbal)
Start: as of now
Duration: 6 months, with option to extend
Working time: approx. 20 hours per week
Location: Bad Homburg
