Our world is transforming, and PTC is leading the way. Our software brings the physical and digital worlds together, enabling companies to improve operations, create better products, and empower people in all aspects of their business.

Our people make all the difference in our success. Today, we are a global team of nearly 7,000 and our main objective is to create opportunities for our team members to explore, learn, and grow – all while seeing their ideas come to life and celebrating the differences that make us who we are and the work we do possible.

The Opportunity

PTC is seeking a high-performing Sales Director to manage and grow assigned installed accounts and named greenfield accounts across Australia, New Zealand, and the broader Southern Rim region. Travel within the assigned geographic territory is required.

In this role you will sell Onshape’s cloud-native product design and data management solutions to engineering and product development executive buyers in targeted industry verticals, including advanced manufacturing, consumer products, medical devices, and industrial equipment.

This is an exciting time to join PTC as we continue to accelerate the adoption of cloud-native CAD across the Asia-Pacific region.

What Does PTC Onshape Do?

Onshape is the world’s first and only cloud-native product development platform, uniting full-featured professional CAD with built-in data management, real-time collaboration tools, and enterprise-grade analytics – all in a single SaaS environment with no downloads, no installations, and zero IT overhead.

In today’s design-anywhere, build-everywhere world, engineering teams demand speed, agility, and seamless collaboration. Traditional desktop CAD locks teams into costly upgrade cycles, fragmented file management, and geographic silos. Onshape eliminates all of that – empowering engineering organizations to design faster, iterate confidently, and bring better products to market.

Cloud-native CAD is the new competitive table stakes for manufacturers driving revenue, margin improvement, and product innovation through modern engineering strategies.
