Project Role : Mobilization Representative
Project Role Description : Work across clients to provide support during solution realization and service transition activities by contributing specialized knowledge and experience. Execute and track issue identification and resolution, and customer relationship maintenance of identified work streams. Participate in solution architecture planning activities through the transition of work to ensure that Accenture is able to begin delivering on the outsourcing engagement.

Summary: As a Mobilization Representative for Service Transition, you will be responsible for providing support during solution realization and service transition activities by contributing specialized knowledge and experience. Your typical day will involve executing and tracking issue identification and resolution, maintaining customer relationships, and participating in solution architecture planning activities through the transition of work to ensure that Accenture is able to begin delivering on the outsourcing engagement. Roles & Responsibilities: - Contribute specialized knowledge and experience to support solution realization and service transition activities. - Execute and track issue identification and resolution, ensuring timely resolution of identified work streams. - Maintain customer relationships through effective communication and collaboration. - Participate in solution architecture planning activities to ensure successful transition of work and delivery on the outsourcing engagement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong understanding of Service Transition processes and methodologies. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Solution Planning, Costing & Pricing. - Experience in executing and tracking issue identification and resolution. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to participate in solution architecture planning activities. - Experience in managing customer relationships. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Service Transition. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in Program and Project Management, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful service transition solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
