Main Duties and Responsibilities
You will lead and execute plumbing system installations for commercial construction projects, ensuring safety, code compliance, and long-term functionality.

• Support Armstrong Comfort Solutions’ core values in thought and deed

• Communicate effectively with foremen, project managers, and subcontractors

• Maintain a clean and professional appearance on job sites

• Always possess a clean driving record

• Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicle

• Ensure compliance with plumbing codes and safety standards

• Mentor apprentices and assist with job training when needed

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience installing water, gas, drain, and vent piping in new construction or renovation projects

• Understanding of commercial fixtures, pipe sizing, backflow prevention, and system testing

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Comfortable working at height or in tight spaces as needed
