Summary:
As a Project Control Services Practitioner, a typical day involves managing and overseeing comprehensive project management tasks for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. This role requires coordinating activities within a globally distributed delivery framework, ensuring seamless execution from initiation through completion. The practitioner actively monitors progress, aligns resources, and collaborates with various stakeholders to maintain project timelines and quality standards. Daily responsibilities include tracking deliverables, facilitating communication across teams, and adapting plans to meet evolving project needs, all while supporting the overall success of the project within a dynamic environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, proposing mitigation strategies.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with task execution.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting to facilitate transparency and informed decision-making.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Experience in designing and implementing integration flows within cloud environments.
- Strong understanding of middleware technologies and API management.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues effectively.
- Familiarity with data transformation and mapping techniques to support seamless data exchange.
- Knowledge of security protocols and compliance standards related to integration platforms.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
