Title: - DD&T Cluster Lead (BP) Southeast Asia & India
Location: - Bengaluru, India
ROLE POSITION:
Acts as the single DD&T business partner / front door for the Cluster (LOCs and functions) for enterprise DD&T capabilities and demand
ROLE OBJECTIVE
Working in close collaboration with the cross-functional partners in the Cluster, IBU and ICC teams, you will:
Serve as the Cluster’s DD&T Business Partner and single point of accountability for upfront problem framing, requirement shaping, prioritizing, and progressing technology and AI demand into enterprise delivery pathways with a strong emphasis on upfront solution discovery, process understanding, and value framing before demand enters delivery.
Represent DD&T in Cluster leadership forums (and key function/LOC governance), ensuring business strategy, pain points, and opportunities are translated into an outcome-led DD&T roadmap.
Provide clear, structured communication to DD&T Area Heads on cluster health: demand pipeline, delivery status, adoption/value realization, risks, and escalations
Drive innovation, transformation, & adoption of enterprise DD&T solutions and services within the cluster.
Act as a thought leader and show the organization the art of the possible with respect to technology and AI
Ensure that operations and support for DD&T solutions and services initiatives are established within the cluster to promote sustainability and adoption.
Be hands-on and drive selected flagship DD&T initiatives within the cluster and ensure that solution discovery, requirement quality, and demand sequencing remain core responsibilities of the role, even when delivery is delegated.
Ensure that all DD&T Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) are adhered to and followed within the cluster.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Own the Cluster DD&T Business Partner (“front door”) model. Establish a clear engagement pathway for LOCs/functions, including transparent decision-making for priorities and trade-offs.
Lead portfolio governance for the cluster. Maintain an integrated view of demand, initiatives, dependencies and capacity constraints; ensure work is sequenced to maximize business outcomes and adoption (not just delivery).
Provide effective communication and escalation management. Produce concise updates to DD&T Head Europe/Intercontinental covering: top challenges, opportunities, delivery risks, adoption KPIs, compliance issues, and decisions required
Own the cluster Technology & AI adoption agenda. Maintain the cluster portfolio of enterprise DD&T capabilities to be adopted (Data, AI, Digital/Omnichannel platforms & engagement with Digital & Campaign Operation), with clear priorities, sequencing, dependencies, KPIs, and outcomes and ensure alignment with strategic priorities and enterprise roadmap
Translate business demand into enterprise-ready requirements, including clear problem statements, business process flows, automation and integration needs (e.g., PSP, SAP, CRM), data dependencies, and adoption considerations
Be hands on and personally lead 1–2 flagship cluster initiatives () by shaping the use case, defining requirements, validating solution fit, and driving adoption and engage other clusters, IBU DD&T and ICC/GCC teams for delivery
Act as a Technology & AI thought leader and ambassador. Continuously identify where enterprise AI/automation/digital capabilities can materially improve outcomes; Communicate and inspire the organization on what is feasible now vs later, and what the prerequisites (e.g. data quality) are to move to the future.
Lead responsible AI adoption and guardrails. Promote use of approved enterprise AI platforms and patterns; ensure AI use cases include practical controls (data provenance, human oversight, monitoring, change control, documentation) and actively prevent unapproved tools/solutions that create compliance risk or technical debt.
Partner with ICC/GCC for scalable delivery. Ensure that DD&T products and services are delivered by ICC/GCC delivery teams and act as the main ICC/GCC contact point in cluster for prioritization, escalation, defect/incident trends, enhancement requests, etc.
Ensure a lean operating model exists for supported solutions. Ensure a minimum viable but complete support model exists in cluster, i.e. process & data ownership with business escalation into global support/vendor teams etc.
Own cluster DD&T Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) execution and audit readiness. Ensure all adopted solutions and local configurations follow required controls (privacy, security, access governance, third-party risk, documentation/evidence, retention), and that cluster teams follow compliant ways of working without slowing delivery unnecessarily.
Operating Cadence & Reporting
Establish a regular operating cadence with DD&T Head Europe to review cluster portfolio, adoption/value, risks, resourcing constraints, and escalations; ensure early visibility of issues and opportunities
DESIRED BEHAVIOUR
Influences without authority to drive adoption and outcomes. Aligns LOC and global stakeholders, builds momentum, and removes blockers through credibility, evidence, and persistence.
Operates effectively in ambiguity with a structured, pragmatic approach. Breaks complex problems into actionable steps, makes decisions with imperfect information, and adapts quickly as facts change.
Builds and leverages cross-functional networks to get work done. Creates trusted relationships across business, DD&T, data, digital/omnichannel, security/privacy, and vendors to accelerate delivery in a lean setup.
Communicates with clarity and technical depth (verbal and written). Translates technology and AI topics into business implications; produces crisp requirements, decision logs, and adoption communications.
Leads by example with a standard-first, value-realization mindset. Champions reuse of enterprise solutions stays hands-on in key discussions and focuses on measurable adoption and benefits beyond go-live.
Demonstrates executive presence and consultative partnering. Builds credibility with cluster leaders; challenges constructively, frames options with trade-offs, and drives decisions.
