Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of applications and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development process. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the application lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of business needs. - Design and develop high-quality solutions that meet the defined requirements and adhere to best practices. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, ensuring the successful delivery of projects. - Contribute actively in team discussions, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive innovation and continuous improvement. - Contribute to providing solutions to work-related problems, leveraging your expertise in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the application lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in SAP ABAP Development for HANA, continuously enhancing your skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA, SAP ABAP Cloud. - - Strong understanding of SAP ABAP Development for HANA, including performance optimization and best practices. - - Experience in designing and developing applications using SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - - Knowledge of SAP ABAP Cloud and its integration with SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - - Familiarity with SAP Fiori and UI5 development. - - Experience in working with SAP HANA database and SQL scripting. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
