$70,600.00 - $105,800.00The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
Responsibilities:
Identifies the need for and conducts audits of internal processes to ensure compliance with policy and regulations. Develops and maintains relationships with regulatory commissions/authorities. Coordinates the assessment of internal controls to ensure compliance as required by regulatory commissions/authorities. Develops programs and processes to manage complaint cases brought to regulatory authorities and recommends process improvements to avoid future complaints. Prepares reports for leadership on compliance and quality metrics, evaluates and provides insight to support continuous improvement. May train and/or coach staff and management.
