Objectives of the Job:

1.      Definition and agreement with line manager and PM organization (MGL), of the work package assigned (schedule, capacity and deliverables) regarding UIUX work.

2.      Responsible to realize complex engineering activities with independence and full technical responsibility of homologation activities of new project UIUX work.

3.      Responsible of assigned work packages deliverable schedule and quality of UIUX. Follow up all the activities done by the assigned engineers. If necessary, put on place correction actions to assure deliverable quality on the agreed schedule.

• Disciplinary organization and personal behavior responsible of all work group, final responsible in front of line manager and PM organization. Responsible for knowledge and transfer the company rules and standards to subordinates. Request support from line manager to put in place disciplinary actions if required.

5.     Teach new teammates about the job and company work standards. Help them to be integrated in the team / company.

Main Duties:The UIUX engineer will be part of a team responsible for full vehicle integration. This position primarily requires the individual to lead complete vehicle level UIUX activities, including:

1. Definition of requirements according to intended markets and requirement from customer.

2. Define whole UIUX timing and strategy for whole project from beginning to the end. As UIUX integration, able to lead whole UIUX activity with the support from UIUX supplier and each function owner.

3. Able to design the IPC and MDU UX concept Independently based on benchmark study. Detail design will be responsible by styling & supplier.

4. Perform UIUX test in each function validation loop. Able to identify all issues and push each function owner/ UIUX / MHU supplier for issue solving.

5. Author evaluation reports, validation reports, etc

Qualification:

• Education:

   Bachelor’s degree or above in vehicle engineering or UIUX related major

• Work Experiences:

  With more than 5 years working experience for UIUX development in the automotive industry.

• Technical Knowledge:

  n  Familiar with overall vehicle development process.

  n  Familiar with HMI / UIUX / MHU development. Able to do subjective evaluation for HMI and UIUX for defined benchmark.

  n  Experienced in sketch/Figma/Protopie SW.

  n  Strong oral and written communication skills in English

   

• Management/Business Skill:

  n  Good planning and organizational skills

  n  Good communication and coordination skill

• Language:

  n  Fluent in English both oral and written.

• Office Software:

  n   good in MS office; excellent presentation skill
