Job Description:

Main Accountabilities:

Specialization on

  • HR service tickets handling and employee FAQ library building up.
  • HR master data maintain and management.HR data quality control and improvement.
  • Time system management and regular transactions work
  • Social security basic knowledge and monthly management
  • Talent Acquisition support
  • HR Service promotion and communication

Service delivery

Executes and delivers HR Services according to defined Service Level Agreement(s), SOP and Working Instructions. Handles complex/escalated tasks. Ensure all HR Operational processes incorporate appropriate control mechanism, including 4-eye-check / internal control checks, data protection and compliance tasks.

Process optimization

Identify the improvement area of process, tools or employees experience. Support the senior HR service specialist to implement the standardization, harmonization and continuous improvement actions. Implement the quality control and support the audit activities. Continues to improve local Working Instructions to keep it up to date.

HR Communication

Proactively communicates HR service to the customers through the newsletter, communication sessions, on-site support, HR service ticket and etc.

Local Requirements

Having the basic and comprehensive HR knowledge and end-to-end process mindset Ensure a robust framework to enable compliance with all country legal and regulatory requirements.

Required Experiences & Skills

  • 3 - 5 years hands-on HR service experience in HR System, Time Management, Social Security and etc.
  • Excellent speaking, listening & written in English
  • TOEIC 700 and more or actual working experience in using English
  • Business level Japanese.
