Job Description

As an Incubation Implementation Manager, you are assigned to work with partners to establish a variety of payment solutions. Integrations range from various types of physical cards to virtual programs where physical cards may not be present for payments processing. Implementation Managers are client facing and enthusiastically work with internal and external stakeholder groups on planning and seeing that implementation is complete and on target. The Implementation Manager focus is in making sure that the partner and Elavon are successful in bringing their first customer to pilot as soon as possible, ensuring the quickest speed to revenue. They assist with consultation and implementations ranging in complexity and delivery. You will have exposure to a diverse group of entrepreneurial clients while guiding them and educating them on solutions that work best for their integration needs. As an Implementation Manager you will work alongside Sales Managers, Solution Engineers, and with Incubation Portfolio Manager to ensure successful transition of the partner for next phase.

Responsibilities of an Incubation Implementation Manager in the Third Party Sales Channel include the following;

  • Utilize a CRM tool to manage client relationships
  • Maintain open lines of communications with clients
  • Owning client relationships from completed sale through successful implementation.
  • Consulting with clients on their implementation goals, objectives, and program setup.
  • Advocating for clients throughout the entire onboarding/implementation process.
  • Holding weekly status update meetings with the client and representatives from stakeholder groups that are involved in the implementations
  • Championing project management by coordinating with internal groups as well as the client to ensure timelines are met, issues are communicated, and questions are answered
  • Resolving issues and escalating issues beyond span of control
  • Creating, managing, and updating project plans to ensure implementations are on track for milestone achievements
  • Preparing weekly meeting agenda and meeting notes.

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

Qualified locations: Minnesota, Tennessee, Colorado and Georgia.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Three to five years of experience in project management activities
  • Ability to travel

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $73,610.00 - $86,600.00 - $95,260.00
