ROLE SUMMARY
The Senior Director, HTA, Value & Evidence (HV&E) Medical Dermatology position will support the strategic goals of the Medical Dermatology Team by driving optimal patient access, with a focus on the medical dermatology franchise.
The incumbent directly impacts the ability to achieve business objectives on a global basis by providing strategic guidance and robust evidence development relevant to achieve access by demonstrating the value of our medicines.
The HV&E Senior Director will be accountable and responsible for developing and executing against the global evidence-generation strategy, including direct oversight of evidence generation activities and dissemination of technical deliverables. The Senior Director will provide oversight and support the Litfulo/Velsipity/Cibinqo Team Lead to drive and maintain functional excellence, strategy and tactical execution and refinement, study planning, and execution for lifecycle initiatives and in-line assets in Medical Dermatology, along with fostering behaviors that exemplify Pfizer’s values (Courage, Excellence, Equity and Joy).
This position will be part of Pfizer’s dynamic Global Access & Value (GAV) team and will have the important role of managing health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) to lead and oversee evidence generation to support patient access to our therapies, with a primary focus on dermatology. This position will be working closely with the GAV cross-functional and country teams to foster a culture that promotes innovation and thrives on doing better for Pfizer’s patients and healthcare.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $191,300.00 to $318,800.00.* In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 22.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
