We’re looking for a Working Student to support our office and help create a welcoming and well-organized environment for our team and embark on this journey with us.  

In this role, you’ll play an important part in keeping daily office operations running smoothly while also supporting internal events and small projects. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in office operations, team coordination, and workplace experience within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

What is the role about:

• Be the friendly face of the office, welcoming employees, vendors, and visitors and providing general visitor information.
• Manage building access and visitor passes, coordinate deliveries and incoming mail, and ensure office supplies are well stocked.
• Oversee office cleanliness and day-to-day operations, identifying and reporting any issues to keep the office running smoothly.
• Support the planning and execution of employee events and team-building activities.
• After onboarding, take ownership of small projects such as process improvements, office initiatives, and vendor coordination.

What will you need to be successful:

• You are currently enrolled as a student at a university in Germany.
• You are based in Berlin and available to work around 20 hours per week.
• You feel comfortable communicating in German and English (B2 level or higher).
• You are organized, proactive, and enjoy solving problems independently.
• You are comfortable using, or quickly learning, tools such as Slack and Google Workspace.
• Ideally, you already have some first experience in hospitality, office support or customer service.

• Strong organization and time management, balancing planned tasks and ad-hoc requests.
• Resourcefulness and problem-solving, staying calm when unexpected things come up.
• Team spirit and people orientation, enjoying interaction with colleagues across the company.
• Adaptability and flexibility, feeling comfortable wearing multiple hats in a dynamic environment.
