Job Description

Evergreen Innovation Group, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is seeking a motivated Manufacturing Associate to join our Manufacturing team in Phoenix, AZ. Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to the following: 

Duties and Responsibilities 

• Operate, maintain, and clean manufacturing machinery and equipment. 
• Troubleshoot and repair any mechanical failures. 
• Complete work orders and requests in a timely fashion. 
• Perform routine preventative maintenance. 
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures. 

Required Skills and Abilities    

• Familiarity with schematics and technical drawings. 
• Familiarity with manufacturing machinery and equipment. 
• Ability to take direction and work in a team environment. 
• A strong work ethic and a “can-do” attitude. 
• Carpenter (Experience Preferred)
• Rough Electric (Experience Preferred)

Education and Experience    

• Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or other related fields. 
• At least 2 years working for a manufacturing or construction company is a plus. 

Physical Requirements 

• Continual walking, standing, climbing, stooping, bending, kneeling, reaching, and heavy lifting and carrying.  
• Exposure to temperatures and varying inside conditions. 
• Schedule: Monday-Friday / 40-50 hours weekly
• Pay Rate: $18.00 hr - $25.00 hr
