Corewell Health Beaumont Troy Hospital Hematology & Oncology guides and supports patients through their blood disease and cancer journey. We have two physicians and three APPs. This practice is a very busy office, and our Practice Manager III will lead ten direct reports of BOAs, MAs and RNs. The Practice Manager III will also have oversight of Oncology of Troy location with 3 additional part time physicians and one APP.

Scope of Work

Supervise and train office support staff to ensure optimal patient process flow and serve as a liaison between physicians and clinical staff in daily operations. Responsible for charge processing, A/R follow up, cash processing, patient flow, maintenance of scheduling system and patient medical records. Develop and implement policies, process improvement, and customer satisfaction initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent Required.
• Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
• Three (3) years of direct staff supervisory experience, preferably in a customer-service or healthcare field Required.
• A minimum of three (3) years of relevant healthcare experience Preferred.
• Experience utilizing an electronic health record system Preferred.
