Job Description:
The Ground EMS Senior Quality Educator for Medical Transport is responsible for planning, developing, and overseeing education and quality programs that ensure compliance with regulatory standards and support the professional growth of medical transport crew members. This role collaborates with internal teams to maintain high-quality training, orientation, and continuing education initiatives aligned with organizational and industry requirements. This role ensures compliance with regulatory standards, drives continuous improvement, and supports professional development through education and mentorship.Essential Functions
Collaborate with Education and Quality Coordinators to identify gaps in education.
Develop and implement targeted education and quality plans to address evolving needs.
Audit transport records and provide feedback.
Oversee system-wide event reporting and corrective actions.
Gather and report quality metrics (e.g. NEMSIS).
Regularly review and update education plans based on industry standards.
Collaborate with the education team to design and facilitate educational simulations, including orientation, lab and quarterly sessions as needed.
Assist in creating didactic lectures and online modules.
Contribute to the development and delivery of quality and outreach education content.

Proficiency in computer-based programs used by Flight and Ambulance service (Microsoft suite, Protean and LMS)
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift 75 lbs.
Frequent standing, walking and occasionally bending
Manual dexterity for computer and simulation equipment
Visual and auditory acuity for patient assessment and training
Travel may be needed to support educational and quality training within medical transport
