Position Purpose: Assist in activities related to the running of an office or program.

  • Handle physical mail and digital correspondences (emails and faxes) containing PHI/PHH with confidentiality and maintain accurate records.
  • Data enter assessments and authorizations into the system.
  • Provide support with various clerical tasks and ensure all routed cases are handled and processed in a timely manner.

Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. 1 - 2 years of related experience. Thorough knowledge of customer service, utilization review or claims processing practices in a managed care environment and operation of office equipment such as a personal computer.

Pay Range: $15.29 - $26.20 per hour
