- Support junior professionals by providing guidance and facilitating knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Development.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices in custom software solutions.
- Experience in managing code quality, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Ability to lead technical design discussions and provide clear direction to development teams.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering business-aligned solutions.

Additional Information:
