About the Role

As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for the initial enablement of new users of ICIS.com. Throughout our customer lifecycles, we prioritize delivering a fantastic customer experience.
 

Responsibilities

  • Leading 1-1 and group onboarding sessions with new users

  • Reaching out proactively to new users who have not booked an onboarding

  • Educating new users on the features and functionality of our products and ensuring smooth adoption and future stickiness

  • Maintaining an allocated portfolio of clients and work collaboratively with the client success team for delivery


Requirements

  • Have business English and fluent Japanese. Korean language fluency a plus.

  • Have Minimum 3 years of client facing experience, ideally in a Client Success or Customer Support position

  • Able to communicate with stakeholders and global teams. Ability to build relationships internally and externally across different levels of the organisation

  • Able to take initiatives, to work on your own as well as part of a team.
