Senior Sales Development Representative

Join our team and work with us on our expansion project in Mexico, prospecting new sales opportunities, developing pipelines & closing opportunities.
About the Role:
In this opportunity as a Senior Sales Development Representative, you will:
Lead Management: Executes campaigns created by SE, marketing, professional services, and management.
Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong communication with SEs across territories and products
Deal Ownership: Ability to run a deal from beginning to end without
System Understanding: SME on deal writing across the business to help SEs shift to other responsibilities
Make outbound phone calls to customers and prospects to set appointments for sales teams.
Identify, generate, and qualify new sales leads through customer analytics, predictive marketing processes, and existing customers.
Explain the benefits of Thomson Reuters products and services to potential clients in a concise manner that creates further product curiosity.
Prospect new customers and leads assigned as part of a pooled resource group.
Understand specific customer archetypes and needs that are most prevalent within the subsegment and territory.
Prospect identification, and acquisition of contact data.
Run sales campaigns including creating sequenced email & video campaigns to create new sales opportunities.
Utilize social media platforms to connect and further score potential leads.
Provide a feedback loop to Marketing on the effectiveness of demand generation campaigns.
Provide a feedback loop to Value Proposition on the effectiveness of persona and product packaging.
Use an automated and insight-driven Salesforce workflow to progress deals.
Pilot new sales enablement tools.
Track qualifying data in CRM to properly score leads.
Key goals include the volume of pipeline generated, number of appointments set, value of total pipeline created, total revenue of deals closed from appointments set, and lead to response time.
KPIs:
Full Sales Team number, meeting, and exceeding goals
About You
You’re a fit for the role if your background includes:
Proven experience as an SDR with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with SEs
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales enablement technologies.
Adaptability and openness to change in a fast-paced environment.
Creative and client-focused
Tolerant of frustration and rejection
Sales oriented
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
Compensation: Base salary and a variable compensation that is directly related to your success.
