Role Summary

To support the HRBP team in delivering people-related initiatives, employee engagement programs, talent management processes, performance management activities, and HR operations. The role acts as a key liaison between employees, managers, and the HR function to ensure a positive employee experience and effective execution of HR programs.

Roles and Responsibility:

  • Assist HRBPs in implementing people strategies aligned with business objectives.

  • Support workforce planning and organizational initiatives.

  • Coordinate and track HR interventions across assigned business units.

  • Maintain HR dashboards, reports, and employee data for decision-making.

  • Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires.

  • Facilitate employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits.

  • Ensure employee records and HR systems are updated accurately.

  • Coordinate employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and recognition initiatives.

  • Support employee surveys and action planning based on feedback.

  • Assist in organizing town halls, employee connect sessions, and culture-building events.

  • Support the execution of performance management cycles.

  • Track goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual performance discussions.

  • Follow up with managers and employees to ensure timely completion of performance activities.

  • Coordinate training programs and leadership development initiatives.

  • Manage training nominations, attendance, and feedback collection.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and HR processes.

  • Generate and maintain HR reports, metrics, and documentation.

  • Support audits and document management activities as required.

Requirement:

  • 1-2 Yrs of Exp in Human Resources

  • MBA as educational qualification

  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

  • Good understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and HRMS tools.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

  • Good planning and organizational skills.

  • Customer-focused approach with attention to detail.
