The opportunity

Join Hitachi Energy as a HR and Marketing Intern and be an expert. This role allows you to gain in-depth knowledge of the specific market and provide our clients with the best-in-class product. You'll play a crucial role in making a significant impact on our business growth and customer satisfaction and contribute to building a team/function. How you’ll make an impact

  • Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

  • Help maintain HR records and databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal communications.

  • Assist in creating and curating engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, and internal communications.

  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Help with the design and production of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and newsletters.

  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.

  • You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background 

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
