Circle K has established a commercial energy trading capacity to further commercialize and develop our fuel activities in our markets. This required a change in the way we operate, how we set up our support functions, adapt our IT systems and more.  A vital part of the initiative was to establish a designated commercial capacity in Geneva under a new company – Circle K Energy Trading. This capacity manages the commercial decision making and trading activities across Europe.

Therefore, we are looking for a fuel professional who is willing to try something new, take an entrepreneurial step, still being supported by a strong fundament of fuel retail legacy in our markets and is ready to join Circle K as:

SUPPLY COORDINATOR MID-EUROPE (WORKING WITH CIRCLE K ENERGY TRADING)

Type of Employment: Permanent

Location: Circle K Business Centre, Riga, Latvia

Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Plan and order oil distillates and its components (diesel fuels, gasoline, aviation fuel, LPG, fuel additives and bio components) for the different Circle K markets, intention is this position focus on Benelux Markets (Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands)

• Prepare monthly fuel volumes orders and schedule Monthly nomination plan (considering Forecast and actual Sales Data)

• Stock management and primary logistics handling from Refinery, Depots and loading Terminals

• Maintain operational stock levels at Circle K and partner depots

• Track stock levels and product availability on terminals (KPIs)

• Coordinate import and exports to own and 3rd party terminals (vessel, railcars)

• Help to optimize stock position holding as per Risk Team strategy

• Operational communication with Circle K internal and external vendors and customers (product suppliers, distribution, terminal operations and other stakeholders)

• Improve and harmonize processes and tools

• Run and control predefined analysis and reporting

• Participate in relevant improvement projects.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Preferable degree or experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field

• Experience with ETRM Symphony/JDE will be considered as an advantage

• Strong communication skills and fluent English, with German considered an advantage for effective collaboration with Business Units and colleagues across Europe.

• Good skills in Excel and regular MS Office tools;

• Organized, stress resistant, goal-oriented and proactive personality

• Strong analytical skills and commercial mindset

• Readiness to support business in critical situations outside office hours.

• Knowledge of shipping operations will be considered as an advantage

• Knowledge of Power-BI and some coding skills will be considered as advantage.
