Job Summary:

Execute and maintain critical order lifecycle processes within ERP environment, with a focus on order integrity, capacity management, and system accuracy. This role includes but not limited to cross-functional operations by managing item set ups, supply chain configurations, order entry, and issue resolution while ensuring alignment with on-time order production, fulfillment requirements, and organizational goals.

Job Description:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform ERP & system set ups for new styles, configure supply center/manufacturing tables, capacity ramp plans.
  • Owns override and flex table records for ordering exceptions.
  • Priority order tracking and order maintenance
  • ERP order error investigation and resolution, revalidation if necessary
  • Process validation and test orders, partnering with R&D regarding pre-production set ups, ordering, and capacity restrictions.
  • Manage plant finished good inventory and provide weekly build proposals based on historical sales
  • Address order support and sales inquiries including rush requests, prioritizations, delays, cancellations,
  • Run data integrity reports and execute data reconciliation processes

SCOPE & IMPACT: 

This role serves as a critical control point within the order-to-fulfillment lifecycle, ensuring system accuracy, integrity, readiness. By owning ERP configurations (e.g., item effectivity, supply center setups, and system tables), executing order entry across multiple channels, and proactively resolving system exceptions (such as batch errors and failed work orders), the position directly safeguards data fidelity and process continuity. Its impact extends across supply chain, manufacturing, and commercial operations by enabling seamless product launches, maintaining alignment between planning and execution systems, and ensuring that orders progress without disruption. Ultimately, the role reduces operational risk, improves fulfillment reliability, and supports organizational responsiveness to both standard demand and high-priority business needs.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 

  • High school diploma or GED, with 4-6 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks daily and weekly.
  • Travel required: Up to 5%

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

  • APICS Certification
  • Microsoft Office
  • JD Edwards/Oracle
  • Ability to work cross functionally.
  • Customer Service oriented.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None
