The Pfizer Commercial Business Associate role responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):   

  • Work alongside with business leaders in our US and International Commercial divisions across the broad range of Pfizer product portfolio assisting with brand and customer engagement initiatives 
  • Support our Marketing, Customer Engagement and Science Representative teams by assisting in drafting content for various communication materials, planning communication campaigns to promote organizational events, and conducting research on communication trends  
  • Support Pfizer’s Chief Marketing Office in planning, developing, and executing the commercial organization’s advertising, media, and commercial analytics initiatives.  
  • Collaborate with the Global Access and Value team to accelerate sustainable patient access to innovative medicines and vaccines through patient, provider, and payer partnerships

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Must have successfully completed Pfizer Futures Internship in 2025 with high recommendation 
  • Applicant must have a bachelor's degree with 0+ years of experience; OR an associate's degree with 4 years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Must be able to start in (Date: Spring 2026/Summer 2026/ May 2026). Applicants with bachelor degrees must have graduated by Spring 2026

Preferred Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
  • Commercial internship experience strongly preferred
  • Experience in Pharmaceutical Marketing, Market Access or campaign data & analytics experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, effectively convey information and engage employees at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Adept at problem-solving, with a knack for identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
  • A keen eye for detail, ensuring all aspects of colleague experience are considered and addressed.
  • A team player, collaborating effectively with colleagues across various departments to achieve common goals.
  • Agile and a "can-do" attitude.

Work Authorization

Must be immediately authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent or indefinitely renewable duration without Pfizer’s sponsorship.

Candidate must be onsite 2.5x a week. US Commercial sites will be considered.
