What you will do
The Associate Director will have responsibility for the direct and indirect channel in the European Region, reporting directly to the Vice President, International region. Your primary focus will be to increase our market share and profitability in the region across the Intrusion portfolio, driving the expansion and growth in challenging markets with a metro-market strategy and leading a significant employee team.
Your focus is achieving the strategic & financial objectives set out in our commercial strategic plan, with an emphasis on achieving profitable growth and margin expansion by deploying the appropriate go-to-market structure for each line of business and building organizational capability with our sales, operations and support functions across the region.
You will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your leadership experience coupled with your industry knowledge of a contracting business operating throughout the European region. The objective to deliver our business goals for the region.
How you will do it
As Associate Director for the European Region you will build organizational capacity fostering sales and operational excellence, empowering and enabling the individual teams to drive performance and accountability. With your extensive knowledge of a contracting focused business in the region you will leverage our strategic accounts and partner networks to improve our market penetration, supporting the teams to bring on new accounts and increasing opportunities within existing accounts. You will provide critical leadership helping to define the strategy whilst having ownership for driving profitable volume growth, working closely with other channel and product leaders across the organization to identify market opportunities and engaging with the commercial excellence teams to deliver jointly manage commercial integration with other JCI business units.
You are an entrepreneurial leader, commercially astute and technically proficient in building teams throughout the security products sector. You are naturally self-motivated enjoying the challenge of working independently to drive your region’s growth, approaching issues from a broad multi-functional perspective to develop strategies that achieve long-term goals.
