This role will have an impact in the lives of many adults by broadening access to vaccine preventable diseases, building multi stakeholder partnerships and developing people as opportunities are unlocked in the consumer and emerging channel space.
Scope of Responsibilities:
The role will lead, identify and build opportunities in the emerging channel segment and align consumer activation strategies that will unlock opportunities for the emerging channels.
I. Channel Expansion
Identify and build opportunities in the emerging channel segment.
Map and collaborate with key stakeholders, understand their business model, eco-system and value proposition
Build long-term, sustainable partnership with strategic accounts/ partners
Develop overall strategies and execute business plans per account with key measures of success
Conducts strategic planning sessions and business reviews with partners
Updated on emerging technologies and industry trends *Capability in the effective digital consumer promotions driving activation in various channels is a plus
II. Consumer Activation
Understand varying patient journey and align consumer activation strategies to unlock opportunities in the different emerging channels
Focus on driving disease awareness and building the brand/s via omnichannel promotions
Identify most effective and efficient medium combinations per channel e.g. online (social media) and offline (merchandising, in-clinic/branch advertising)
Design and execute consumer activation campaigns to accelerate vaccination uptake
Provide business insights in defining and measuring KPIs on consumer promotions using social media and other platforms
III. Data and Analytics
Makes meaning of internal and external information and data in relation to business channels in support of strategic approaches. Monitor the actual feasibility of potential business channel/s looking into commercial, operational and financial viability
Keep track of platforms vs metrics
Provide forecast business volume, value and business insights
IV. Project Management
Lead project teams in developing and implementing channel programs
Works with cross functional teams in planning, execution and evaluation of initiatives, including pilot projects
V. Team Management
Lead and manage the Key Account Managers for emerging channels (may or may not include Consumer Activation Lead)
Recommends the right GTM and KPIs to accelerate realization of growth opportunities.
Monitor performance and provide coaching, guidance.

Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related disciplines e.g. Business Administration, Marketing
More than 5 years experience in related industries; experience in the consumer industry is a plus
At least 3 years of relevant experience in leading emerging channels, New Business Development and Consumer Activation
Excellent in interpersonal communication skills and with proven ability to influence stakeholders
Capability in the effective digital consumer promotions driving activation in various channels is a plus
Business analytics and data driven
Understands the value of consumer activation
Strong leader and a team player
