About the Role

Responsible for providing operational support to distribution channel(s) to ensure smooth execution of the sales processes

• 在CHO规定的业务管理制度、奖金津贴及考核晋级制度的规定下进行本地化修改并落地执行。
• CCC的日常行政管理
• 机构报表、业务竞赛统计与业务数据分析
• 营销员业务品质管理制度和各项风险控制措施的落实
• 根据业务管理制度、行政要求、业务规定进行营销员业务系统的操作并准确地、及时地维护相关记录
• 按照当地监管机构或同业公会要求完成营销员管理相关工作
• 营销员管理的行政工作
• 其他上级领导交办的工作事项

任职要求：

• 大学本科以上学历
• 三年以上工作经验
• 熟练掌握office软件，会使用简单的sql工具
• 具有一定英语读写能力
• 有一定的责任心和风险控制意识，需在规定时间内正确地维护相关系统操作
• 良好的沟通和协作能力、思维清晰严谨
