JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Summary:

• The primary function of this job is to look after overall operations and supply chain of TPMs which includes FG Supply Planning and scheduling, RM and PM planning and scheduling, manage supply chain of APO RM, drive related Projects likes ASQ, NPIs and Packaging change etc. and to ensure smooth supplies as per published supply plan & ADS

Principal Duties:

• Ensure supplies against ADS to meet sales targets.
• Prepare Supply Plan of all the TPMs products as per ADS
• Issue POs to TPMs for the confirmed orders and communicate forecast to TPMs
• Plan & schedule the supply of all APO RM according to supply plan
• Plan & schedule the supplies of all local as well as imported materials
• Take follow up actions in relation to RM and PM shortages that affect production
• Keep tracking of invoices against issued POs and measure their OTIF
• Drive ASQ projects at Affiliate and TPMs.
• Work on LRPs and future capacity planning with all TPMs.
• Ensure QA / Compliance requirement at TPM with coordination of TPM QA.
• Ensure CAPA effectiveness at All TPMs.
• Ensure TPM payments cycle with coordination of CFS.
• Monthly / Yearly Inventory reconciliation with coordination of Finance.
• Execute assigned procurement activities based on projects
• Assist yearly budget plan related to procurement for Affiliate and TPMs
• Drive all the packaging projects for Affiliate and TPMs with respect to development, Materials planning and procurement. Manage change control process with QA
• Make inventory provision of obsolete and slow-moving inventory
• Make the write-offs of the obsolete inventory
• Financial planning PPV, Inventory, RLBEs confirmation,
• Any other job assigned by Sr. Manager Materials Planning and Import Purchase or Director SC.

Job Specification

         

Knowledge & Experience:

• All functions of Supply Chain
• 4-5 years related experience of Supply Chain.

Competencies required:

• Modern Techniques & concept of Supply Chain Management.
• Problem solving and decision making
• Teamwork
• Good communication and presentation skill.
• Computer expertise

Minimum Qualifications:

• MBA preferable in Supply Chain
