About the role
We are looking for a motivated Marketing Bachelor Student to support the GSI (Global Strategy and Implementation) team in shaping and strengthening our internal and cross‑functional brand. In this role, you will work closely with GSI team members and key stakeholders to help define who we are, what we stand for, and how we communicate our value.
Key responsibilities
Support the development of a clear and compelling brand identity for the GSI team
Contribute to the creation and refinement of mission and vision statements
Collaborate with GSI team members to identify what is most valued about the team and its services
Engage with cross‑functional stakeholders to gather perspectives and align messaging
Help define and document a communication strategy that clearly explains GSI’s scope, value, and impact
Support the creation of communication materials (e.g. key messages, presentations, internal content)
Key Skills & Competencies
Good to Ecellent Written and Verbal English Communication: Able to convey information clearly and effectively in both written correspondence and verbal discussions.
German language knowledge is preferred
Strong Team Collaboration: Demonstrates the ability to work efficiently within a team, contributing positively to group objectives and fostering a cooperative work environment.
Analytical and Problem‑Solving Skills: Capable of assessing data and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
