La Section de common law veut recruter des professeur(e)s à temps partiel qui sont des leaders dans la profession juridique. Pour ce cours, un LL.B ou un J.D est nécessaire. Le candidat ou la candidate doit aussi être membre en bonne et due forme du Barreau de l’Ontario ou d’un autre barreau canadien. Le fait d’avoir enseigné ce cours auparavant est un atout.
