Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural framework of bespoke software solutions. This role requires guiding teams through the entire design and delivery process, ensuring that development standards are maintained. The position focuses on achieving scalable and high-performance software that aligns closely with the organization's business goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders to drive innovation and maintain quality throughout the software lifecycle is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development best practices and coding standards.
- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software components.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Architecture, Amazon Web Services (AWS), AWS Glue, AWS Lambda, AWS Bedrock.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure design and deployment within the Amazon Web Services environment.
- Experience in designing scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud architectures.
- Ability to optimize data workflows and ETL processes using AWS Glue and related services.
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code and automation tools to streamline deployment and management.
- Capability to troubleshoot complex architectural challenges and provide innovative solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in AWS Architecture.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
