Competency Level:

  • Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering; Management Engineering; Operations Management or any Business course
  • 3 - 4 years experience in inventory management; supply chain, & semiconductor or relevant industry
  • Adept in SAP inventory and warehouse management and B2B
  • Applies functional knowledge in data analytics tool like, SQL, Phyton, Tableau; Power Bi etc
  • Advance skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint & Word, other Apps)
  • Strong verbal & written skills and can present analysis to management
  • Self-organized and meticulous in his or her way of work to produce the deliverables on time and to expected quality
  • Possess problem solving mindset (root cause analysis), analytic acumen


Major Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the preparation, analysis and presentation of key business metrics, performance against targets & trend to management and use this information into productivity and profitability initiatives.
  • Take daily action to review and resolve all outstanding issues, errors, and discrepancies. Coordinate actions with Supply Chain Management and Customer Operations team members
  • Identify business opportunities, cost savings and creative solutions to problems encountered.
  • Participate on test cases assigned and report results.
  • Work with team lead to ensure key metrices of strategic accounts are achieved thereby delighting the customer
  • Perform other task assigned by superior
