About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking ACH Production Support - Technology Business Systems Consultant within the Payment Operations Monitoring and Support organization.
As a Technology Business Systems Consultant within Payment Operations Monitoring and Support (POMS), you will serve as a key subject matter expert supporting Wells Fargo's ACH payment platform and related applications. This role is responsible for leading complex research, incident investigation, and production issue resolution in partnership with Technology, Platform Support, Operations, and Product teams. You will analyze system behaviors, identify root causes, assess client and operational impacts, and drive timely resolution of production events while helping ensure the stability and resiliency of critical payment processing functions. The position also serves as a trusted partner in support of client escalations, operational readiness, product enhancements, and business continuity activities.
Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, a deep curiosity for solving complex problems, the ability to navigate across multiple organizations, and a passion for improving processes that support one of the industry's largest and most critical payment networks.
