The Role
Do you want to make a difference and be part of a highly collaborative, cross-functional team committed to overseeing and improving the quality of operations with our Professional Service Vendors within the Enterprise Technology business unit?
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Manager of Vendor Management to join our team and play a pivotal role in optimizing our Professional Services vendor relationships and ensuring operational excellence.
You will be responsible for the oversight of a portfolio of strategic and operationally critical Professional service vendors.
You will have a strong focus on driving vendor performance and impacting overall financial benefit to Fidelity. You will collaborate and build effective working relationships with business partners and leaders to drive strategic direction, performance, and value. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in vendor management, performance monitoring, and strategic partnerships.
You will be responsible for daily prioritization and the ability to drive multiple efforts simultaneously. This role is highly analytical and requires the delivery of results as both an individual contributor and through influence in a highly matrixed, fast-paced organization.

The FT Vendor Management office is a dynamic team of Vendor Managers that provide outstanding service, specializing in vendor service relationships and negotiation strategies for the Firm. We collaborate with groups across Fidelity including finance, risk, legal, Procurement, and compliance teams providing opportunities to expand your network and gain a better understanding of the business.
Most roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to Remote or fully Onsite roles.
